چکیده
تولید، فرایندی است که بر اساس آن، یک فعالیت تولیدی به برخی شرایط (قبل از شروع تولید و بعد از شروع تولید) نیاز دارد. یکی از مهم‌ترین شرایط لازم برای شروع تولید، محیط کسب‌وکار مناسب است و یکی از مهم‌ترین عواملی که باید پس از شروع تولید - در حین فرایند تولید و در زمان عرضه محصول و صادرات آن- مهیا گردد، آزادی اقتصادی است. ازاین‌رو، این مقاله به دنبال بررسی نقش محیط کسب‌وکار و آزادی اقتصادی بر رشد اقتصادی در 30 کشور منتخب در طی سال های 2004 تا 2013 است. نتایج برآوردها با استفاده از روش داده های تابلویی نشان می دهد که محیط کسب‌وکار و آزادی اقتصادی، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رشد اقتصادی دارند. همچنین، نتایج حاصل از آزمون برابری دو ضریب نشان می دهد که اثرگذاری آزادی اقتصادی نسبت به محیط کسب‌وکار بر رشد اقتصادی بیشتر است.

The Role of Business Environment and Economic Freedom on Economic Growth in Selected Countries by Using Panel Data during 2004-2013

Abstract
Production is a process by which a productive activity will require some conditions (before and after the start of the production). One of the most important pre-required factors for start up a production unit is suitable Business Environment. One of the most important factors that must be provided after the start of production -During the production process and the time to market and export- is economic freedom.
Hence, this paper explores the impact of Business Environment and economic freedom on economic growth in 30 selected countries during 2004-2013. Panel data estimation results indicate that Business Environment and economic freedom have positive and significant relationship with economic growth.
Our findings show that the impact of economic freedom on economic growth is greater than the Business Environment.
