چکیده
امروزه افزایش توان تولیدی، نیازمند توجه ویژه به بخش صنعت و افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری در این بخش است. در این مقاله سعی شده است ابتدا در چارچوب مفاهیم و تکنیک‌های اقتصاد منطقه‌ای، تحلیلی علمی و کارشناسی از ساختار صنعت استان کرمانشاه ارائه گردد و ضمن شناسایی صنایع برخوردار، اولویت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری صنعتی استان تعیین شود؛ سپس با استقرار آن دسته از صنایعی که از اولویت بالاتری نسبت به سایر صنایع برخوردارند، بستر مناسبی برای توسعه صنعتی استان فراهم گردد. نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد صنایع کانی غیرفلزی و تولید ذغال کک – پالایشگاه‌های نفت و ماشین آلات مولد برق از بیشترین میزان سودآوری، صنایع مواد غذایی و آشامیدنی و محصولات شیمیایی از بالاترین توان اشتغال زایی و صنایع کانی غیرفلزی، تولید ماشین آلات مولد برق و محصولات کاغذی از بیشترین میزان اولویت سرمایه‌گذاری صنعتی در استان برخورداراند.

Abstract
Nowadays In order to increase productive capacity special attention needs to be paid to industry and increase of investment In this sector. In this paper it has been tried to present an analytical and scientific frame work of industrial structure in Kermanshah province and while recognition of prior industries ,the priority of industrial investment in this province will be determined .and it will create suitable condition for industrial development.
The finding shows that non metallic mineral industries and production of coke –oil refineries and power generating machineries earn the highest level of profit, moveover, Food and Drink industries ,chemical products have the highest level of employment and non- metallic mineral industries refineries and power generating machineries and paper products have got the highest priority for industrial investment in this province,
